Abstract
結 論
저자는 치과치료시 아동이 받는 stress를 조사할 목적으로 3∼6세 사이의 아동 49떵을 행
동반응에 따라 3군으로 분류하고 각각 치과의료 전과 치료 후의 뇨중 17-OHCS 농도를 측
정한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
1. 치과치료에 대해 심하게 저항하는 그룹 (A군)에서의 평균 17-OHCS농도는 치과치료
전이 6.49μg/㎖, 치료 후가 13.62μg/㎖이며 약간의 저항을 표시하는 그룹(B군)에서는 치과
치료전이 5.501μg/㎖, 치료 후가 8.7μg/㎖, 협조가 잘 되는 그룹(C군)에서는 치료 전이
6.61μg/㎖, 치료 후가 8.72μg/㎖이었다.
2. 치과치로 전과 치료 후 농도의 차이는 A, B, G군 순으로 감소지어 저항을 많이 하는
아동군일수록 농도의 변차가 크게 나타났다.
3. 각 군의 차이를 비교한 결과 심하게 저항하는 군은 다른 군들에 비해 상당한 stress를
받는 것으로 나타났다.
4. 각 아동군에서 공히 치과치료시 stress가 발생되는 것으로 이러한 stress를 감소시키기
위해서는 치료 전에 충분한 대화, 교육등의 여러가지 행동조절 방법이 필요한 것으로 사료되었다.

Dental stress in the pediatric patients was studied by comparing the changes in the
urinary 17-OHCS levels before and after dental treatment procedure. 49 children who
visited dept. of pedodontics, S.N.U. Hospital were examined.
The obtained results were as follows.
1. In case of definitely negative group (A gr.) the mean value of 17-OHCS comic.
showed 6.49 μg/㎖ before treatment and 13.62 μg/㎖ after treatment, in slightly
negative group ( B gr.) 5.50 μg/㎖ and 9.18 μg/㎖, in Positive group (C gr.) 6.61 μg/
㎖ and 8.72 μg/㎖.
2. The mean differences of 17-OHCS conc. between before treatment and after
treatment de-creased in the direction of A, B, C group, and more resistant group
showed more differences.
3. The definitely negative group was found to be under remarkable stress than any
other groups.
4. Stress has been caused by dental treatment procedures all the groups, therefore
such as sufficient conversation and education, another several behavior management
methods are needed to decrease the stress.
